Shipping Options
Various couriers make their services available through our website, so at checkout you should be offered several different options including express shipping.
International Shipping
Currently, we only sell our products in the UK, so international shipping is not possible at this time.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons or promotional events. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, please note that external factors such as weather, postal strikes, or holiday seasons can cause delays, as can the internal factors of running a small business. If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us for assistance via hello@gloomflex.co.uk
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You should be able to use this number to track your order directly on the carrier’s website.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Returns and Exchanges
